Even if you can’t attend NARCON, please consider helping out by advertising in the program book and/or donating items for the door prize drawings. See below for details.

General Information

The vendor registration fee is $35. Vendors that register for a Vendor Booth at NARCON 2007 will be provided with two standard-size tables for your booth. Booth Registration Fees INCLUDE registration for one individual to NARCON events (with the exception of flying at the Sport Launch, which has a separate launch fee of $10.00 collected at the flying field). Lodging, food and transportation are the responsibility of the attendee(s). Additional individuals will need to complete a standard Attendee Registration Form.
Additional tables are available at a cost of $10 each, but are subject to space and unit availability on a first-come-first-served basis. If we are unable to provide you with the requested extra tables, we will notify you as soon as possible and make the appropriate refund. Please register early and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We will make every attempt to accommodate individual special needs, such as an electrical outlet, but cannot guarantee these.
NARCON Vendors are invited to give Presentations, or conduct Workshops or Seminars while at NARCON 2007. If you are interested, please contact our Presentation Coordinator, Buzz McDermott.
NARCON Vendors (and other vendors unable to attend in person) are welcome to purchase Official NARCON Merchandise, such as NARCON 2007 T-Shirts or Sweatshirts, Program Books, and a copy of the NARCON Proceedings on CD-ROM. If you are interested, please submit a Merchandise Order Form.

Advertising

NARCON Vendors are invited to advertise in the Official NARCON 2007 Program Book. If you are interested, please see our Vendor Advertising page for information. Vendors who are not able to attend NARCON are also welcome to advertise in the Program Book.

Donations

We will gratefully accept all donations of merchandise to be used as free door prizes during NARCON. All donors will be listed prominently on the NARCON 2007 website and in the program book, and will be mentioned as such during the prize drawings. If you would like to donate items, please contact our Vendor Coordinator, Mark Thell. Thank you!

Registration

If you are paying by check or money order, please print out and fill in our Vendor Registration PDF form and mail it to the provided address. One individual registration is included in the Vendor registration fee. Additional individuals should complete a standard Attendee Registration Form.** If you wish to purchase NARCON merchandise such as T-Shirts or Sweatshirts, please fill out and submit a Merchandise Order Form.
** Note: The Vendor registration fee includes a complimentary NARCON attendee registration for one person. Automatically, that'll be in the name provided in the Vendor registration info. As a registered Vendor at NARCON, you may be bringing along additional people: If they'll be there primarily to staff your Vendor booth / display, they don't need to register as NARCON attendees. (If they get tired of sitting at the booth all the time, they're certainly welcome to attend a few seminars too.) If they'll be there primarily to attend NARCON seminars/presentations/etc, then we'd ask that they do register as NARCON attendees.
